The experiment was conducted at Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur at different locations to assess the technical performance of the combine harvester in a selected field for measuring different harvesting losses. The different crop losses were taken during the performance evaluation of the combine harvester. A good job of combining is a result of proper adjustment and condition of the equipment which causes reduces the damage of grains and adjustments were made before conducting the experiment. If the improper adjustment may cause damage to grains or machine and it will reflect a poor understanding of machine operations and more post- harvest losses. The combine parameters need to be made according to type and variety of crop, moisture content of crop, time of harvest, field and crop conditions (lodged/unlodged), etc. The data collected during field evaluation trails were analyzed to determine the field capacity, field efficiency, and harvesting losses.
