The bibliographical reviews in this book are the result of the integration of three subjects in the Zootechnics course at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rondônia (IFRO) - Colorado do Oeste Campus. This integration made it possible to carry out a teaching project called "Technical-Scientific Communication in the area of Animal Production", which involved the subjects of Communication and Language, Methodology of Scientific Research and Methodology of Integrative Projects and Extension. The activities were carried out with students from the first term of the course in question in 2017. It is known that communication and language are the keys to the dissemination of knowledge, human relations and business, as we need planning and methods to carry out our work ethically and with commitment. So, while respecting the requirements of the syllabus, we took on the challenge of incorporating the academic writing process into the lessons, in terms of plagiarism, reading articles, technical communications, technical bulletins, fiching, formatting, in short, relevant issues to guide the good performance of the course, as well as the work of other subjects.
