Between 2015 and 2018, during three meetings of the Latin American Research Network on Entrepreneurship and Regional Industrial Development (Red In³) in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Foz de Iguazú (Brazil) and San Carlos de Bariloche (Argentina), novel and important conclusions were raised from the interventions of more than 50 academic specialists from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay and Spain, and specialists from the Inter-American Development Bank, the Organization of Ibero-American States, the Ministry of Science and Technology of Argentina and Brazil, the Secretariat of University Policies of Argentina, the Argentine Industrial Union and JICA of Japan, among others.This text condenses the main lines of thought and debate that have been experienced during these meetings, with the purpose of leaving a tangible record that can be useful for contemporary Latin American thought, as well as for decision makers and society as a whole.
