For 42 years she taught in school and for 42 years in Armavir State Pedagogical University, headed the Department of Pedagogy. Defended her PhD thesis on pedagogy. Research interests: professional pedagogy. Associate Professor, Corresponding Member of the IASHE, Honored Teacher of Kuban, awarded the medal "Pride of Kuban Science".
