Samuel A. Donkoh holds a Ph.D in Agricultural and Food Economics from the University of Reading, UK, and is currently affiliated to the University for Development Studies, Tamale, Ghana. He has over twelve (12) years professional experience in lecturing, research and development work, with over ten (10) scholarly publications and four other books.
