Geofysisch Ingenieur, Master in verschillende kennisgebieden, Doctor in de Onderwijswetenschappen, Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua. Uitgebreide ervaring in het onderwijs als Onderzoekshoogleraar en Academisch Directeur van de Universidad Pedro Henríquez Ureña. Momenteel studeert hij voor een PhD in Natuurkunde aan de Universidad Central de Venezuela.
