Jesper Strandgaard Pedersen is Professor at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, where he serves as Director of imagine .. Creative Industries Research Centre. His research focuses on organizational and institutional change, institutional action and field structuring in creative and innovative contexts. Recent research focuses on the role of cultural intermediaries and forms of evaluative practices in the culinary and film-making fields. Barbara Slavich is Associate Professor of Management and Academic Director of the Masters in Fashion Management at IÉSEG School of Management (LEM-CNRS 9221), France. She is a member of the Initiative for the Study and Practice of Organized Creativity and Culture research centre at Columbia University, USA. Her research focuses on creativity management and on organizational mechanisms and processes in creative industries. She has studied high-end restaurants and the fashion industry extensively. Mukti Khaire is Girish and Jaidev Reddy Professor of Practice at Cornell Tech, USA. Her work primarily focuses on the creation of new markets and the reinterpretation of value constructs and consequent cultural change, particularly in the context of cultural industries. She has studied the Indian art and fashion markets extensively.
