It also offers an analysis of what could be done to ensure that students use these tools on a daily basis, given their importance in the first quarter of the 21st century. Although the text refers to the academic reality of Mexico, a country among the twenty largest economies in the world, the problems and probable solutions can be applied to other countries. At the end, a section that I consider to be one of the essential habits for the academic success of any student: reading.

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico. He has a degree in Hispanic Literature (UANL), and a master's degree in Education. He is a teacher and published his first short story in 1999; second place in short story contest in 2002, and in 2009, first place in skull contest. 2018, selected in national contest for the Revista Legislativa de la Cámara de Diputados de México.
