The purpose of this research was to investigate the use of a class wiki to increase student engagement in the Office Administration topic Travel Arrangements. This research was conducted at a secondary school in the Educational District four in St. Lucia. This research sought to examine the factors affecting student engagement, and the extent to which class wikis fostered student engagement in learning concepts pertaining to the topic. Furthermore, the perceptions of teachers and students with regards to the use of the wiki were obtained. The investigation was conducted using an action research .Via the use of interviews, observational checklists, questionaires and rating scales, the researcher gathered data from the participants at the selected secondary school. Findings from the study revealed that the teachers and students had positive perceptions of the teaching of the Office Administration topic Travel Arrangements through use of the Wiki. The researcher found out that factors such as school environment, access to labs, and network connectivity limited the nature and the scope of the research.
