Ted Cabot (February 5, 1917 December 4, 1971) was an American lawyer, politician, and judge from the U.S. state of Florida. Cabot was born in Hobe Sound, Florida, in 1917. Cabot was a clerk in the Broward County Circuit Court from 1945 to 1953. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with an LL.B. in 1953. Cabot was in private practice in Fort Lauderdale from 1953 to 1959. He was a member of the Florida State Senate from 1954 to 1958. From 1959 to 1966, he was a Broward County Circuit Court judge.
