Frieda Wiley, PharmD suffered some hard knocks for working from home-so you don't have to. The COVID-19 pandemic has forever changed the world in many ways-and some for the better. For one thing, it created a safe space for people to finally have some very candid conversations about mental health. Long before the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Wiley found herself struggling with mental and physical health while working remotely. In fact, when she became a full-time telecommuter in 2012, there were very few resources on how working from home affects mental health. As a result, it took her months to discover solutions and recuperate. She also shares the research to support it. Whether you're a single Generation X-er or a busy parent managing a household, this book offers solutions for everyone to thrive in a remote environment.
