Finally, the text closes by outlining the main aspects of the legal regulation of teleworking, which, although it is growing every day, still needs more attention from the Brazilian legislative and judicial system.

The author is a lawyer with a master's degree in Environmental Quality and a postgraduate qualification in teaching in higher education. She is an ad hoc contributor to the IFB, IFSC and UERGS, evaluating articles and abstracts. She teaches postgraduate courses at FAMEPLAN and UNIFIA.
