About the AUTHOR Jennifer Grecco graduated from Barnard College, an all-women's college in New York City. While there, she worked to empower young girls and change the gendered narrative to one of confidence, accomplishment, and inclusiveness. Jennifer now attends the University of Michigan Law School. About the ILLUSTRATOR Corlette Douglas is an African American, New York-based illustrator. While pursuing her bachelor's in illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology, she developed a passion for creating cute content for children's media from the perspective of a person of color.
