On the list of individuals whose influence I would have gladly brought to the lives of my own children, I would be proud to place the name of Dr. McDonald. Read what she has to say. Listen carefully. You will hear the finest of lessons that come both from the halls of research, and the from the depths of a very great heart.-Shad Helmstetter, PhD, author of What to Say When You Talk to Yourself This modern world is a very different place from the one you grew up in. Internet use is at an all-time high, and new challenges come along with this new technology. Social media use has led to addiction and bullying. Schoolchildren are more likely to commit suicide. As a parent, you cannot completely shelter your children from the dangers of the modern world. Thankfully, some parenting techniques are timeless. In this new guide, Dr. Cassandra McDonald teaches you how to * provide your children with good role models, * focus on positive moments, * develop a unique family trait, * nurture your children's voices, and * guide your children's futures. The modern world may be different, but your children do not have to navigate it alone!
