Dr. Nitisranjan Das, born at Serampore, a suburb of Calcutta Metropolitan of India in the district of Hooghly was a college teacher. His father was a legendary figure in the field of Medical profession. Author was Graduated from Calcutta University and awarded the Ph.D degree of Calcutta University.
