These technologies that are used are intrinsically very different in their devices, but they have very similar properties in their electromagnetic waves due to the frequency, therefore, the wavelength. Between the two bands is a little known part of the spectrum, the Terahertz (THz) band, where it is still being studied.This book is based on some simulations of a specific type of antennas at Terahertz frequencies with a CST Studio Suite 2019 simulator. The results have been compared with others that had been done by other researchers before and thus check that the results were consistent. In addition, the procedure followed and how this simulator is used is explained.
