Autorenporträt
Urmas Arumäe, Ph D, is Associate Professor of Law and Public Administration at the Estonian Business School (EBS) and Director of the EBS Institute of Social Sciences. He was the Estonian Minister of Justice (1994) and the Mayor of the Viimsi Rural Municipality (2005-2008). In the private sector he has been active primarily as an attorney-at-law.
