Prof. Yonah Alexander is Senior Fellow and Director, International Center for Terrorism Studies, Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, as well as Director, Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies and Co-Director, Inter-University Center for Legal Studies. He has published over 70 books in the field of terrorism and international affairs and is founding editor of Terrorism: An International Journal. Prof. Edgar H. Brenner is Co-Director of the Inter-University Center for Legal Studies in Washington, D.C. He is also Legal Counsel to the Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies and co-editor (with Prof. Alexander) of a four-volume set on Legal Aspects of Terrorism in the United States.
