He was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole in ADX, a supermax security prison near Florence, Colorado. He was returned to Oklahoma to face state charges of first degree murder in connection with the bombing. Jury selection in the McAlester, Oklahoma trial started March 1, 2004.
