This book aims to analyse, without any geographical limitations, whether there are any interventions which may help reproductive aged women (between 15 and 49) manage long-term consequences as well as reduce negative impacts of polycystic ovary syndrome. Data were collected both trough semi -systematic literature review in databases and selective research on internet websites. Multi-layered programs including dietary treatment, exercise training as well as educational advice are essential to manage PCOS. However, in the future individual prevention programs as well as treatments are needed to make a progress in treating the syndrome.
