Marcellus Allen Jr. was born and raised in Portland Oregon, and also raised in Los Angeles California, he's 26 year's old and is currently serving a sentence for murder in the state of Oregon (under appeal.) Marcellus has had a passion for writing since 3rd grade rather he was writing raps or short stories. Being an author was his first career choice but that dream was eventually sidelined once the streets got a hold of him. His life revolved around gangs, money, drugs, shootings, and women. His way of life eventually caught up to him when he was sent to prison the first time for attempted murder. Once he was released, he went right back to the people and lifestyle that landed him in trouble the first time. Now while he's serving his current sentence, he has given his life to Christ and has revisited his first passion: writing. Marcellus' books are a real replica of the streets and all the dangers that come with it, as you read each page you can detect the realness and passion that he has for giving his readers realistic stories and emotions. Marcellus knows that no real street story in real life ends with any good happening... neither will his books.
