Eunice Redeker Hausler grew up on a small farm in Southern Illinois, a child born into a family of seven siblings. Hard work was expected. A one-room school was commonplace, and from there being one of the first to go to high school which opened up the world. College became possible with hard work. A teaching degree in Lutheran Education led to teaching in the U.S., Papua New Guinea, and China. Marrying an Australian gentleman fulfilled the great adventure.

Autorenporträt
Eunice was born into a sibship of eight children on a small farm in Illinois. She then achieved a grade school, high school, and college diploma, which led to a life spent teaching elementary students in the United States, elementary and high school students in Papua New Guinea, and English to adults in China. Along the way, she married an Australian and had two children (and five grandchildren). She has traveled extensively, and shared the love of God with hundreds, even thousands of people, with joy, gratitude, and a heart full of love. Eunice has shared her story in her first book, Thank You, God, For the Privilege. This is the expanded story of that life.
