A native New Yorker, Lauren Lombardo is a natural born artist. Her stories and illustrations depict lessons and metaphors from nature. Most of her illustrations are collage, watercolor, and mixed media. Her books aim to touch the senses of children in a digital world. She wants to connect the child, parent, and inner artist in all of us through illustration, and rhyme.
