The purpose of this paper was to analyse the main areas of impact of preparation and holding of the 2014 Olympics on the labour market of the Krasnodar Region. The main objectives set and implemented in the work were: -studying the main areas of impact of the Olympics on the regional labour market; -identifying general trends in labour supply and demand in the Krasnodar Region until 2016; -assessing the imbalance in the Krasnodar Region labour market under the influence of the Olympics; -proposing measures to mitigate the imbalance in the Krasnodar Region labour market; -and others.
