Serena lives with her husband Tim, friend Charlett, and their Mini Aussie Murphy, in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Western Oregon. Serena has a passion for adventure, cooking, and serving at-risk youth who usually reside in the Foster care system. Proceeds from this book will go to support camping and mentoring programs with Teen Reach. Joy has been drawing ever since she could hold a pencil. She graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle majoring in Animation, Arts and Design. For 20+ years, she worked full-time as an artist and graphic designer. Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, she was able to become a stay at home mom and homeschool teacher to her two girls. She is able to assist her husband with their own business as well as pursue her own love of illustration. "I am so very blessed, and praise the Lord for all that he's given me - to be able to follow my passion and be so near to my kids is a dream come true."
