Sandra Sellani is the creator of the vegan food blog Forty-Year-Old Vegan. She's a certified vegan chef and has studied at the world-acclaimed Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy in Los Angeles. She resides in Newport Beach, California. Susan Sellani is a college professor and human resources consultant and has been an avid cook since childhood. She resides in Wyoming, Pennsylvania.
