His use of writing allows Steve to produce his memoir, "Goin' back to Californ-I-A"-utilizing his unique creativity to tell stories about his church mission. On his mother's side of the family, Steve's first cousin, Lindsey Stirling is a popular violinist, singer, songwriter, and dancer.
