Bob Raus graduated with a 2.7 GPA for his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. After working a few years he decided to enroll in an MBA degree program in order to advance his career. The company-sponsored graduate program required a grade of B or higher to be reimbursed for course fees which provided him the motivation to study and earn A's. He recognized patterns for success and formulated seven secrets to achieving A's during his graduate program. In the end, he achieved a 3.6 GPA for his MBA - a significant improvement and personal achievement.
