Autorenporträt
Prof. Björn Hoops holds the Chair of Private Law and Sustainability at the University of Groningen and will be EU Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Turin from 2022 to 2024. EJ (Ernst) Marais is a senior lecturer in the Department of Private Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Johannesburg and teaches property law. He completed two postdoctoral research fellowships, one in 2012 at the South African Research Chair in Property Law, Stellenbosch University, with Prof André van der Walt and another one in 2013 at the University of Cape Town with Prof Hanri Mostert.
