MOMINÉ Roland-Sylvain nasceu a 2 de Fevereiro de 1979 em YAKASSE - ATTOBROU na Costa do Marfim. É mestre em Criminologia pela Universidade de Abidjan Cocody, na Costa do Marfim. Tem também um mestrado profissional em animação cultural da EFAC (École de Formation à l'Action Culturelle) no INSAAC (Institut national
