The author, Onekai Kafuramika has a background in education and training. He holds an MBA, BSc Geography and Environmental Studies, Diploma in Training Management and a Diploma in Education. He is currently serving as a Provincial Estate Management Officer with the Ministry of Lands and Rural Resettlement in Zimbabwe.
