Kelcey Dolphin has been writing stories since she could hold a pencil. She was ten years old when she wrote this book and eleven when she completed the six-book series and began the publishing process. She lives in the southeast of South Australia on a small farm with her parents and brothers. She drew her inspiration from other books and her dogs.
