Gillian lives in Victoria with her cattle dog Jess. She has had thirteen books published with many more to come. She loves gardening, cooking and writing. Several of her books have had Miles Franklin nominations and she has many fans here in Australia and overseas. Her books are manly set in rural places and she writes about strong woman, though all her plot lines are very different.
