Amelie is a primary school student who wants to live in Candyland and one day be the editor of the New Yorker. She loves to read, write, eat spicy food and play with her adorable dog. She has an awesome little brother who is her test audience and the inspiration for her new book series. She is also writing a new novel which she hopes to release soon, but can't tell you about yet because she loves suspense. Amelie loves to travel, play her violin lying down, and secretly order extra desserts in foreign languages when visiting other countries. She wants to thank all of her teachers that she has had so far for being fabulous. She would like to thank her family for letting her eat hot sauce with a spoon (and for also being great!) She feels lucky to be related to such a talented illustrator (Haley Newberg Hanson). She also likes emojis.
