Autorenporträt
Andrew and Kirsten Dudley are the founders of Earth, a public benefit corporation that develops technology and strategic partnerships for the protection of forests, oceans, biodiversity, and human rights. They also co-host and produce Earth Live, a webcast featuring interviews with people working on the frontlines of conservation, sustainability, and human rights. Andrew and Kirsten hope to educate future generations on these important issues through their children's book series. In addition to their work with Earth and Earth Live, both Andrew and Kirsten pursue different opportunities, though they still focus on helping people--and the planet. Andrew, also known as Jungle Bird, is a climate activist, working to raise awareness of the climate crisis and, in particular, the loss of our planet's forests. Kirsten is a childbirth educator and doula, helping mothers through the exciting journey of childbirth into parenthood. Andrew and Kirsten are the proud parents of six children and, more recently, a granddaughter.
