Autorenporträt
Summer Shieder was born and raised in Orangeburg, South Carolina. She is a wife, a mother, and a former elementary school teacher with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from the University of South Carolina and a Master's in Literacy from Coastal Carolina University. Summer and her family also have two Boykin Spaniels who are the inspiration for her first children's book, The Adventures of Two Brown Dogs. Summer loves cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She currently resides in Clemson, South Carolina.
