Autorenporträt
Coming of age, trusting people had been a huge issue for Lonnie. Basically, he just didn't trust or know how to trust himself, owing from as early as four years old, his yearning for, bonding, his father; while unknowingly building wall of rejection. He had made promises to others and to himself many times, only to end up disappointing them and himself. He had betrayed the confidence of others. He had felt what he had to say had to be what was most important. At times, he even manipulate and took advantage of others, to make himself look better in the eyes of his peers, whom he used to feel better about himself.

Life's experiences has allowed him to be open and worthy of himself and more respectful and trustful of others, those whom he senses are genuinely open with life and themselves. Most significantly, he values his gift for sharing a peek into two different walks of life, where they bleed, feed, and need the same cure: purpose. His ability to step into and arrive back from and focus on a healthier path by his empathetic inhale champions every exhale with direction. His basic instinct here is to share, embrace, and channel healing with his emotional kinship-a healthy cycle.
