Alobwede J. Ngome est chercheur associé au département de sciences politiques de la VUB à Bruxelles. Ses recherches portent sur la sécurité énergétique et la gouvernance énergétique, le développement durable et les relations internationales. Il a co-organisé le module sur la sécurité énergétique contemporaine organisé par le professeur Amelia Hadfield à l'université du Kent à Bruxelles.
