The economic exploitation of cultural assets, based on the assumption of value and subsequent self-sufficiency of cultural heritage within the Traditional Territorial Units of African Matrix (UTTMA) is the evolutionary path to minimize public investment in the maintenance of assets and promote proper exploitation.
