Carol Austad is a licensed clinical psychologist and a distinguished Professor of Psychology in Connecticut. She has a wealth of experience in the areas of psychotherapy, stress, and biofeedback and is a well-published author in these areas. Dr. Austad obtained her B.A. from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and completed her Ph.D. at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Dr. Austad humbly invites readers to find joy, inspiration, and a call to action within the pages of The Aloha Paradigm: Changing the Climate.
