The ambiguity of administration and management in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania in the Light of Peace making and Conflict resolution was choosen due to the fact that plenty of church resources are used in resolving conflicts. The author is perturbed with numerous conflicts that contrary to the church mission. The research revealed that conflict have been arising at all levels of the Church organization structure and complexity (from bottom up to the apex and vice versa). Christians advocate on forgiveness, Paul in asserts that we are called for reconciliation, yet the real reconciliation is not seen. The ELCT is among the churches that spends plenty of money in resolving conflicts, the approaches in resolving conflicts are irritating. The technical core comes with rude approach, as they are the prosecutors and judges on conflicts. This ought to be discourages, rather to listen both parties of the conflict. It should be known that not all conflicts are bad rather some are developmental while others are not. The author wants all people to fight against this cantankerous behavior for the best destiny of the Church.
