Perhaps the Peace Corps should broaden its scope of training and foreign governments too should step up to help its nationals with school fee payments and posting bonds when people fall into trouble. At the moment, there is no form of financial assistance from either the US or the immigrant government. These are misfortunes foreigners don't know.
