Dominic Nocerino e`nato il 18 Maggio, 1948 da Salvatore e Ida Nocerino ad Ercolano,(Napoli), Italia. Aveva un fratello Gennaro e 2 sorelle Anna e Lina.In gioventù,Dominic ha viaggiato in Francia, Inghilterra e Svizzera ,per poi alla fine emigrare a Chicago, Illinois. Sia i giornalisti americani che quelli Italiani dichiarano che Dominic e` una "Leggenda" del vino dal palato raffinato. Dominic ha fatto molto per espandere la conoscenza dei vini Italiani sia in America che in Italia, con alcuni insistendo ha messo i vini italiani sulla mappa.L'azienda di Dominic, Vinifera Imports,Ltd.,si trova a Ronkonkoma, New York. Ha un magazzino a temperatura controllata di cinquantamila metri quadrati pieno di soli vini italiani. È il sogno di un amante del vino vedere molte annate distinte in un unico posto. Oggi, Dominic risiede a Bayshore, New York con sua moglie Cindy. Insieme hanno quattro figli: Cristina, Nicole, Dominic e Danielle, più due nipoti, Riley e Theo.
