Marjorie Stelmach is the author of seven previous volumes ofpoems, most recently, Walking the Mist, 2021 and The Angel ofAbsolute Zero, 2022. A selection of her poems received the firstMissouri Biennial Award, and her first book, Night Drawings, wasawarded the Marianne Moore Prize from Helicon Nine Editions.She served as the first director of the Howard Nemerov ScholarshipProgram at Washington University in St. Louis.
