The purpose of group work one of which is to provide chances for all students to be actively involved in the learning tasks via small groups. In other words, the objective of group work is to prepare opportunities for a small group interaction, which sponsors new and more varied friendships and promotes feelings of personal acceptance and recognition because of the closeness of working together. In essence, comprehension is made up a number of basic abilities, including skills in recognizing words and their meanings, integrating words into thought units, and offering the consistent emphasis to the thought unit so that the sentences can be understood.
