The first time I heard about the International Human Resources Management (IHRM), I wonder how it is similar or different from the Human Resource Management (HRM). After taking time reading some books, I suddenly understand that both of the theories are exactly similar but the IHRM is best used when the organization start running its business across border. The business to be successful, it needs to have adequate human resources, especially once the business move to other countries. Therefore, the understanding of the capacity of human resources in the destination countries is important. This Research may respond to the need of scholars who wish to seek further knowledge on how the HR work is managed in the country like Laos.
