The integration of information and communication technologies in higher education is a challenge. New learning modalities are taking an important place in the field of education. Hybrid training is one of the most favored modalities as a solution in E-Learning. A mixed modality that takes place in two different times, this double dimension constitutes a complexity at the level of the device established for this training. This work is part of the study of the exogenous and endogenous factors that lead the learner to go beyond the punctual use required by the training towards an appropriation of the online learning situations and the way in which a sustainable and internalized practice can be achieved. The analysis carried out in this work focused on three hybrid university courses: the first year of the SLDIP master's degree (Language Sciences and Pedagogical Engineering), the first year of the SLTRAD master's degree (Language and Translation Sciences) and the third year of training at the National School of Business and Management.
