It is the duty of the State to protect and secure the integrity of its territory. This is a major concern for every state, in order to confirm its sovereignty, since it will enable it to establish its administration and govern its population properly. That said, the State can only achieve this through an authorized service. And that service is the security service, with the army at its core.
