Autorenporträt
Charlotte Kluskens, indie writer and author of debut novel The Art of Becoming, was born on 2nd July 1996 in Beveren, Belgium. Since the young age of fourteen, stories of faraway travels, dramatic conflicts, and forbidden romances found their way to the paper. Only when the idea for The Art of Becoming came to her, did she know she wanted to pursue writing as more than a hobby. Four and a half years - and a lot of ups & downs - later, coming of age novel The Art of Becoming sees the light of day. Having attended multiple art schools, she drew inspiration for her novel from her past experiences as she tried her hand at training as a ballerina, drawing & painting, and making movies. With a Bachelor of Arts in Production Management for cinema and television she threw herself in the production life, combining two passions: telling stories and travelling the world.
