"You showed me love through your hand that never lets go of mine and taught me how to endure painful goodbyes through the smiles you give me before leaving"The Art of Falling is a queer poetry collection that deals with falling in love and the challenges and questions that arise therefrom. Exploring the different aspects of love, hurt and joy, this collection of selected poems illustrates the intricate ways in which past experiences can influence one's emotions and attempts to put into words the most complicated, contradictory feelings. No one chooses who they fall for, and with themes of yearning, trauma and the pain of a broken heart, The Art of Falling is a profound exploration of the wonder of getting to know a person in the most fascinating way: falling in love.
